What the site is

A free study resource with practice questions for driver license knowledge tests in the United States. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with any Department of Motor Vehicles or other agency. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee that you will pass an official test, and nothing on the site is a license, permit, certificate or legal advice.

Accuracy

We check our questions against official manuals, statutes and regulations and cite those sources, but laws, fees and test formats change, and mistakes can happen. The content is provided "as is". The official manual and the agency of your state always take precedence over this site. If you find an error, please tell us at contact@letayer.llc.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own study. You may not:

  • copy, republish or sell the questions, explanations or other content in bulk, or use them to build another product or dataset;
  • scrape the site or access it with automated tools that put an unreasonable load on it;
  • interfere with its security or with the ads, or generate invalid ad clicks or impressions.

Intellectual property

The questions, explanations, text, design and road sign drawings of the site belong to Letayer LLC or its licensors. Official manuals and laws belong to the agencies that publish them; we link to them rather than host them.

Third-party websites and advertising

The site links to official agency websites and shows ads from Google and its partners. We do not control those websites or the products advertised and are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Letayer LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the content of the site, including the result of an official test. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
